Tried selling my car and they rejected it. When I asked why after spending an hour on the listing they wouldn't tell me. I tried to get clarity and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Poor customer service. They didn't even email me to tell me they had rejected the listing so I went a week without logging in to the website only to find it never got listed. Yesterday there were misleading indications on the website and roadside panels that the A9 was closed at Dalwhinnie, whereas we later learned from friends who had driven up to Inverness that an accident had caused a hold-up and delay of about one hour. Consequently we cancelled our journey and forfeited our prepaid hotel booking. The A9 is the only road from Perth to Inverness - there are no alternatives - and inaccurate information is a disaster. Unlike the other negative reviewers, I think it's still worth reading, but it's become arrogant (in line with the rest of the DT - try posting on any of their forums and you will be certain to be insulted). It's the poor advice I am bothered about. One example is that Honest John recommends the Hyundai I30 as being superior to the Golf, Citroen C4 etc. I have driven all these cars and this is just not true!
