Made me pay an extra £75 a month for a dog and when I no longer had the dog living with me and asked for the charge to be taken off they refused. Also made me pay a year up front, putting me in debt. 41 Bridgnorth Drive is a mould infested flat which is not worth £450 a month let alone the £670 that I’m having to pay every month. This was my first time visiting the Ideal Home Show, having travelled from the West Midlands. I was so disappointed with what was on offer. I was expecting to find stalls and exhibitors which covered a range of home styling to include; soft furnishing, home accessories & bespoke items for your home. Instead I saw copious massage chairs, beauty stands and cheap market stalls selling bags, shoes and jewellery (what these have to do with the home I'm not sure). As usual with letting agents, you have to jump through hoops and supply all the info they require, sometimes contacting them on numerous occasions as more and more info is needed So you do all that then you sit back and wait for a decision............. But !!!! If you are not the lucky person, these estate agents done even bother to contact you to let you know. As a communal block of 48 flats, we were stuck with a management company who failed on every account. Thankfully we were awarded RTM and instructed Vestra to take over. They instantly improved the management of the building and passed on substantial savings to all leaseholders. Wow what can I say. The surveyor telephoned me to introduce himself and told me what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He also telephoned me after the survey had been done. He went on to tell me in as much detail as he could over the telephone and gave some very good advice. We received the survey within 5 days and was in much more detail.
