Bought and paid for a top spec computer that arrived faulty, was told 8 to 10 weeks for a replacement even though they are available 2day delivery to buy. This computer had never been out of its box but it couldn't be replaced by sales. When I complained I was telephoned by a manager who souted down the phone at me, when I said he was being rude an was going to hang up, said goodbye, hung up & was shocked when he called me back and screamed "I haven't finished with you yet" a
& "don't bother calling any other number as they all com through to here in India so just just shut up and wait for your replacement like you was told to. I returned the computer for a refund & wrote to head office, the only reply I got about the whole experience was "sorry your not happy with Dell's service on this occasion. Will never buy from them again
