I have been with the same insurer for many years, I am a person who does not check my correspondence, but expects to be treated well, and in comparison to others, it was with total shock and dismay, when I checked the policy.
My friend helped me to find another insurer online, with his help we decided to go with Dial Direct insurance.
The site was very easy to understand, and it had included extras that I did not get with my last policy, I.e breakdown assistance and recovery, which I paid extra for with my last policy.
Since I have joined, I have had emails and a phone call to ask if everything was ok, spoke to someone with a clear voice, so I could understand what was being said.
So far I am very happy about changing my insurance.
