Bought this policy via Compare the Market. All great until I got my documents. At least 3 addons that were included on Compare the Market are marked with a Red Cross.

I don’t like being treated like this and have yet to speak to someone about it, as when I tried the office was closed.

No one has called me today, as described in a number of reviews I have read, so hopefully someone will make contact and sort this out.

It’s a shame, because up to that point, I was pretty impressed with everything else.
