Called to challenge a charge added.When charge was not removed stated i was thinking now of cancelling the insurance and was told i could not.Even when i stated i was within the standard 14 days from when i recieved my policy was told again the terms on my policy would not allow it.Checked policy and it clearly states 14 days cancellation from recieving policy. Staff need to be correct when stating facts and need better training .Not impressed to say the least.
