My first umrah trip was booked in 2008 with a different travel agent. This was a horrific experience.

Therefore, we were very careful this time round. Our second umrah trip in 2017 was booked with Jilania travels, a true 5 star service. They gave us no chance to complain. Everything was organised properly and ran smoothly. The transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was all inclusive. The driver provided was excellent and arrived on time all the time. This driver also transported us from Makkah to Medina which was helpful. The 5 star hotels provided were only 2 minutes away from both Masjids. This trip was originally booked for 9 people. However, another person was added a week later which was made possible that same day without any hassle by these agents. Therefore, it is easy to make little mistakes when booking for a large number of people. However, Jilania travels booked this trip free from error. Jilania travels also helped and guided us on umrah visas etc. I would definately recommend Jilania Travels to anybody who wishes to have an excellent experience and would like to thank all travel agents expecially the person I dealt with.

I have not traveled for pilgrimage for many years so I did not have the knowledge to carry out my pilgrimage if it was not for jilania in depth knowledge which was provided all the time alhamdulillah . I did not really have to do much as travel and food was provided leaving me to focus on the most important part of my journey to focus on improving my deen ameen,

I booked for a family of 7 for January and just returned last week. The service from start to finish was amazing, we received automated text messages letting us know whenever they would email us, made payment and when passport was ready for collection. Once we arrive at the airport there was a driver waiting for us with a name board, which was amazing as last time when I went Umrah with my family with another agency we could not find the driver, and had to keep calling the UK. The hotels booked were very close to the haram, 1 minute in Makkah we booked Fairmont and madina pullman which also very close to gents. Overall everything was spot on, the jilani team in saudi was always in touch making sure we were okay and offered us drinks when going for ziyara and arrival at jeddah airport. I was recommened to book with jilania travel, and will always use them in future. i will urge people to book with jilani.

I traveled with 17 members of my family and another 7 members joined us 2 days later. We staged for 9 days in 5* hotels in Makkah and Madina. Juliana Travels was instrumental in helping us from getting our visa approved, picking hotel that close to masjid's as we had young children, elderly and disabled members to accommodate, all our ziarat's and zamzam water was organise and we had a great tour manager looking after us every step of the way. It was a real honour and privalage to visit holly lands however we were blessed to have such great service. JazakAllah Khair to all the team at Jilania Travel. We booked our very first Umrah trip with Jilania travels, and I'm so glad we did. Jilania travels really looked after us the whole time in a professional way from the initial booking to the very end of our stay. They kept in constant touch with us during our entire stay. The services were exceptionally good, from flight arrangements, transport, hotels, ziyarats. A very special thank you to the agent, done a wonderful job in making our trip so memorable. From begining to end i had 5* service with them! I booked Umrah, then dubai and even whilst out there I encountered some minor hiccups at Jeddah Airport beyond Jilania's control but Muhammed from Jilania was only a Whatsapp message away! Replied promptly, made sure the rep in Saudi looked after us right till we left Saudi. Made sure we landed in Dubai. Also Jilania's agent took good care of us whilst in mecca, showed us the best places to shop. When we got to Dubai I realised i Didnt book transport for an excursion, contacted Muhammed the night before and i he had arranged it promptly and at my service i had a HummerH2 the next day. Throughout my stay Muhammed kept in contact with me to make sure we were ok. I would highly recommend them. And thank you to Muhammed for arranging such a fantastic, spiritual and memorable journey for us all.

We recently booked umrah package through Jilania travels, although initially I was a bit panicky as this was our first time umrah, when we asked jilania to make the arrangements for 6 of us family members, we were assured by the staff that Jilania will look after their costumers and they were right, they fulfilled all of our requirements, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the team Jilania specially Neelam and Brother Mohammad Ali, who made the best arrangements possible for us, honestly it could not get any better, the flights, the transport from airport pickup, hotel booking, ziaraat, and transport between makkah and madinah, everything was perfect t and included in the package, the prices were very reasonable, and we did not have to worry about anything at all during our stay in saudia for umrah. The staff kept in constant contact with us to make sure every thing is going smoothly, A special thanks to Hafiz Emad for looking after us during our stay in makkah and madinah. I am so happy and thank Allah a million times that we went through Jilania, the ziaraat arrangements were really good as well and we enjoyed a lot. Next time in Shaa Allah, whenever we plan, umrah or hajj, we will definitely be booking through Jilania again. Highly recommended!!!!

Jilania travels indeed are not just 5* by words, but definitely by actions. They definitely are a travel agency with great profession and experience. All members of Jilania travel are very welcoming and experienced. If we had any questions or concerns regarding anything, Jilania travel were there and resolved it immediately. Our flights, visas, hotels, ziyarahs, transportation was great and the agents in Saudi Arabia were very welcoming and helpful in all ways. There were great experienced and qualified people who took our family on ziyarah who spoke any language we preferred (as requested from the Jilania travel team), and explained everything properly and in detail. We as adults learnt a lot from the ziyarahs but also the children learnt a lot from it. The transportation was luxurious from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to madina, and from madina to Makkah - and refreshments were provided. This is my second time travelling with Jilania travels and by Allah swt will, I definitely will consider travelling with this travel agency again. Personally I have never been satisfied with any other travel agency besides Jilania due to thier excellent service, honesty and hard work for the satisfaction of thier customers. I would recommend Jilania travels to anyone who would like to have a perfect holiday/umrah vacation. I have nothing to complain about with Jilania travel. Thier prices are affordable and cheap compared to other travel agency prices and thier service is better and definitely 5* in all aspects.

I have been for umrah with Jilania travels twice and I have had such a memorable experience with them. I definately am sure that hajj will be an even more memorable experience with Jilania travel, and I hope to go with them in the near future in sha Allah
