very frustrating lack to response to a problem with an order.
I will never order from TopSHop again. Returns are difficult, my account was locked out, no response to my request for a new one...I have been begging TOPSHOP for help with this return and refund. I don't want to keep a $72 swimsuit that does not fit. It's been 2 weeks, so I've been more than patient. I get automated responses that say "due to high call volume, it may take 72 hours to get back to you". And, they have the nerve to tell me that I only have 14 days to return my order. I've wasted 14 days trying to get the return number and a label. STILL NOT RESOLVED>
