My son bought a £90 top tried it on and returned it. We received a packet 2 weeks later with a letter saying they could not refund or exchange due to deoderant marks (he had just had a shower!) but the top wasn't enclosed in the bag. So they have our money and the top!!! when I called they asked for a photo of the empty bag so they could investigate!... terrible customer service.
