I had my daughters ears done 5 months ago in claires in Cardiff and while we were on holiday 2 weeks ago the ear ring broke and the ball come off it and the stem of the ear ring was stuck in my daughters ear it took me a while to get it out then I had to go and buy a new pair of ear rings as I didn't want her ears to close up took them back to the shop and they wouldn't do a refund on the ear rings they only give me a replacement of the broken ear ring I was a but disappointed as I don't want it to happen again I explained that to the women and she said if it happens again I got to take them back and they will replace it again for me I paid nearly £50 just for my daughter to have them done so fuming is an understatement I would not recommend any one to have them done from there as if it happens to anyone else they will only give you a replacement
