Very disappointed and feel like I'v been conned. I ordered a fancy dress wig fromthis site on 20th Feb 2012 and payment was taken in the name of DONNA BRYAN 2 days later. Despite having to set up a login to place the roder, most attempts at logging into my account showed I had no order history whatsoever, despite receiving 2 confirmation emails and (of course) the payment. On the one occasion I could view my order status, I was pleased to see that the wig had been shipped on 26th Feb. Fortunately I saved this screen shot. When it had still not arrived over a week later, I made 2 attempts to contact Bellebonita via their website - one of them urgent - and have had zero response. Unsurprisingly, there is no phone numberon the website. It is now 15th March and this has still not arrived - nearly 4 weeks since I ordered, 3 weeks since payment was taken, 18 days since it was (supposedly) dispatched, and 2 weeksn since the party I needed it for took place. It's been 18 days since my first correspondence with Bellebonita and 10 days since my last - all with the same result - NOTHING. Appalling service and I have been charged £23 with nothing to show for it. I have managed to find the address and other details for DONNA BRYAN, so will now be pursuing this via that route, until I get a refund.
