I purchased an oven cleaning voucher through Groupon, and having tried all cleaning products in the shops I knew I needed a professional clean (or a new oven). I waited a month for my appointment due to high demand with these vouchers.

I wanted to leave a review as I was very impressed with this company. They arrived on time and the lady was very friendly and introduced herself and explained what she would be doing. She wasn't allowed to remove the glass from the door so I did it which was quite easy, but would have been done beforehand if I knew. My oven looks like new, it shines and there is no grime at all. She was here for over an hour and I could hear scrubbing so I knew I was getting a good job done. There was no bad smells from the cleaning products which was a massive plus for me with two small children in the house. I would highly recommend this company for oven cleaning.

The voucher only covered the oven so I paid an extra £12.50 to have the racks, shelves and grill tray cleaned at the same time.

I would definately use them again.

I purchased a Groupon deal with this company. They contacted me after the purchase to say although my voucher covered them cleaning in Coventry due to the demand they would need to charge me an extra £15 to cover travel costs. Stupidly I paid this as I wanted the service and I booked my appointment. The day of the appointment came and No Limits didn't!! I contacted them and they rearranged. 2 days before the second appointment they called to cancel as they had a bigger contract they needed to attend on that day. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through Groupon. Groupon were excellent and refunded me within a day for the cost of the voucher, however No Limts needed to refund me for the £15. I have left numerous messages, had many calls not answered and I have written to No Limits on the advice of Citizens Advice. They have still not got back to me. The only avenue left for me is the small claims court. DO NOT use this company they rip you off and take your money without giving you a service.
