Our cleaner is fab - does a great job and is very reliable. I find Maid2Clean very responsive if I ever need to contact them. When we lost our previous cleaner we had a slight delay while Maid2Clean found someone for us but we've been happy with all the cleaners we've had during our time with Maid2Clean. It can be difficult for them to find a temporary cleaner to cover for sickness/holiday but apart from that we're happy.
