Manchester branch, Domestique Cleaning. We had a semi-detached property with 2 bathrooms for rent. We had a pretty bad relationship with our useless estate agent renowned for being stingy with the deposit. E.g. changing a lightbulb would cost £30 with a potential £150 admin charge. We had never hired a cleaner before, but our house needed a very deep clean after 2 years of living in it. The main guy came and cleaned our house for 6 hours, and then did a further 2 extra, at no extra charge. But what we really liked is that the guy who owns the franchise and gives the quote inspected it after. We were also present for this and every little thing missed, this guy made sure was spotless, working for another extra hour He was very friendly and clearly wanted it to be right for the customer and fulfil his promise of a spotless house ready for the estate agent inspection. We were also present for the inspection from the letting agent. They said it was immaculate and couldn't find fault with it, and we received our full deposit back.

We are very happy with Domestique. I have found the service professional courteous and a high standard of clean that we have received from our regular cleaner and from the cover cleans we have had when our regular cleaner is on holiday. We have been using Domestique for 4 years now and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them.

The ladies were proffesional, friendly and quite helpful. They kept to time, did decesnt job and I couldnt ask for more I will give them 9/10.. Thank you for the exceptional service

I’m absolutely delighted with the service she is providing. She is polite and friendly and always professional. I admit we were initially concerned about opening our home to a stranger, however shes open, friendly style reassures us that our home is in safe hands. We’ve had 3 weekly cleans to date and I remain impressed with her high standard of cleaning. In particular, our bathrooms and kitchen are spotless and she is great at removing all traces of limescale, leaving our fittings sparkling! Not only is it wonderful to come home to a clean house after she has been, she’s given my husband and I our weekends back! I do regularly tell her how pleased we are, however please feel free to pass on our feedback to her. Many thanks too to the team in the Milton Keynes branch. I’ve found you easy to engage with and the process and agreement terms were extremely clear.

Just wanted to post a glowing review for my dads cleaning lady which I found through Basingstoke Branch .. Had a difficult time finding him a cleaner after my mum passed away . At last came across Domestique of Basingstoke as he lives in Old Basing.. From first enquiry to signing on the dotted line we had first class professional but very friendly service... Both myself and my dad are very happy with his cleaning lady who visits him on a weekly basis. It is so rare that you can find a reliable,trustworthy and honest person to be able to be left with an elderly person and even clean whilst on holiday without having to worry if it is safe ... I have just received my first clean from Domestique Milton Keynes and thought I’d just convey my thanks and gratitude – the lady did a marvellous job and did everything that I asked of them. She worked fast and efficiently without need for instruction and it’s helped me along tremendously. Domestique are a fine example of a company that cares about client service.

The Basingstoke franchise of this company are really very good. At the first meeting I found the owner to very friendly, empathetic and really understood my needs in terms of a cleaner. She did not bat an eye at the 8 cats nor the permanent chaos that my home is in. The paper work was swift and painless. The cleaner that was selected for me was excellent and after just one clean you could see a real difference, I highly recommend the company.

I have used Domestique for about 3 years now and have been very happy with the services and support from the owner. Although I have had a couple of different cleaners due to the first moving to another country and the second cleaner getting pregnant, the owner has always kept me informed and introduced and shown the new cleaners to me and around my house explain what is expected to them. I would and have in the past recommend Domestique to friends and family.

I continue to be very happy with the service that Domestique Leighton Buzzard provide. Our cleaner is fabulous. I would happily recommend her to anyone.
