Very unhelpful customer service. I emailed early to request the last order date for deliveries and was advised 18th December. Placed order on 17th and noticed a disclaimer not guaranteeing delivery and thought that was fair enough when dealing with couriers etc. Placed my order and payment taken, no movement on my order and despite emailing and calling I couldn't contact them. Finally got through today and was told that my order would not be processed so I requested a refund, which was given, no apology offered nor any attempt to keep custom. Criticism removed from their facebook page, which I thought deeply disingenuous.

my daughter oerderd a hamper for my birthday from the usa .In the hamper there was scones, cream, jam, and shortcake biscits. Hamper arrived in a cardboard box with just my address no other notes to say cream inside .My family kept the bok hidden from me not knowing that there was cream inside.I opened box on my birthday only to find that the cream and scones had gone bad .My wife phoned simply cornish hampers they said that it was not there responsabilty as there was a label on the box to say there was fresh food in it .This was not so.The label was in the box still with its backing paper on it.So beware of this company ,when things gone wrong (which was there fault) they dont care.

I used this company, through their website to purchase a Christmas present for my partner. The Cider Hamper was perfect. The website was quick and efficient. Delivery was prompt and goods well packaged. Can thoroughly recommend - very impressed all round.

I was struggling to find a decent present for my dads birthday and then i found Simply Cornish Hampers. Like all dads he likes food and likes drink, I also currently live in Cornwall so it was a no brainer. The site was really easy to use and i paid with paypal so no credit card hassle. I ordered on friday morning and it arrived the following morning so great service. He said it was well packaged and the hamper itself is great. He was over the moon and and said all the food was delicious but especially the wine and cornish cheese. I will definitely be using this site again!
