An easy experience when it came to ordering a hamper from the other side of the world, I'm in Australia and my mum's in England and there were no problems getting something that she would like.

I use Prestige Hampers every year to send gifts to people in the UK and every year I have a problem with the website. In a word it's clunky. It's not a pleasant experience to use. Invariably I have to repeat details because it doesn't work first time around. Not a patch on the user friendliness of Amazon's website.

I am so happy my order went through so fast. the other day I tried to order the same hamper from another charity - I gave up. They needed to know the email of the person I was sending it to. I did not have it at hand. I Emailed for help, heard nothing. I am not familiar with ordering on line but you have made it easy. Thank you

love the site wanted to order many of the goods but had to stop my self due to money allowance but got what i wanted and i know my Aunty and uncle will be happy with there Christmas gift too, great choices of products and value for money loved the basket layouts i could see a lot of time had gone into the different hampers.I Honestly can't pick out any negative points about the hampers apart from i wish i could afford one of the most expensive one's

Have ordered before and the hamper was lovely according to our friends. Fairly easy to order. My only wish was that the wine hampers/boxes would include a opener and perhaps a pair of lovely wine glasses. That would make the gift complete.

Love the hampers and a great way to send gifts to family at Christmas all the way from the USA. The only issue we have is that each time we add an item to the cart, the details of the previous order get lost. Happened last year too. A website glitch that needs fixing. Otherwise, we come back year after year....

The process of ordering and subsequent support received was of a very high standard. I live in Japan and my family lives in the UK, so it was very convenient to order these gift hampers as xmas presents. All 3 households that received hampers were very pleased and I wouldn't, and haven't hesitated ordering again. I failed to properly fill in the address of one house and the emails I received asking for its completion were very friendly and prompt. One thing however was at least 2, perhaps all 3 were delivered before Xmas eve. Not a huge issue, and everyone seemed happy regardless. Wish they could be sent to Japan, but I understand the shipping costs and perishable goods make this unlikely.
