I bought what I thought were going to be lovely cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday, however the cakes never showed. Needless to say I was very upset, but mainly sad that my partner received nothing from me on his special day.
I then contacted Bradfords Bakery by email and explained the situation politely, and yes I received a response back with in 24 hours. They apologised and agreed to refund me my money.
Since then I have written a further two emails as it's now been 3 weeks and I've seen NO REFUND or NO REPLY!
If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere. Bradford are an Unprofessional Business!
