Surpassed ALL expectations!!!! Brilliant!

On the day, I received a message re-confirming and informing me of the time of arrival,It had Mark's name and the name of the company, cool kids party, I thought this little touch was brilliant and thoughtful and did put me at ease (it let me know he hadn't forgotten lol!
When Mark arrived, he was really friendly, introduced himself and told us what he was going to do, he kept us informed of everything which I loved! He even lent us a hand, bless him!
I thought he was a miracle worker, honestly, he managed to keep ALL the children entertained, from 2.5 years old to the adults!!! Everyone commented that he was so natural, he didn't look like he was 'forcing' himself to be cheery and fun! We had a child who was feeling a little down, I spoke to Mark, 2 mins later the child was laughing and playing and joining in!
I definitely recommend him to the other parents.

As for the process of booking, it was stress-free, simple and all the information provided. I was left with the impression that no question was silly and they were VERY patient with me!
Will definitely use again!!
