My daughter turned 18 in March and we are still waiting for her CTF to be paid. After several phone calls we finally spoke to someone in April to be told she would have it by today 06/05/22 and surprise still nothing. I'm currently in the process of changing my sons to a new provider. Other providers have paid out within 4 days it is not acceptable to be waiting months for what is rightfully theirs!!!
