NatWest are probably one of the worst services that I have ever worked with, They mention that letters should be dispatched 6 weeks until my birthday and nothing came, call them telling them about this situation (1hr 30mins wait on phone) they send the letters "within 3 working days" 1 1/2 weeks later letters don't come, ring them again and eventually they come, complete the maturity form with valid proof of identity address and bank details, they reject as there is an insufficient amount of proof, second time it didn't even reach them, third time sends through and no reply 14 DAYS Later, call them up and they said they should have dispatched a letter, then it comes stating that the date the transaction happens, wait until that day and nothing happens, wait couple more days still nothing, in the end having to wait 2 whole weeks after the settlement day, it arrives this process took at least 2 months when it should have only taken around 2 weeks and a couple days. A Joke Of A Company...

We are looking into starting a group action legal case against Natwest/RBS.
There are many, many young people experiencing the same as you.
