For many months now I have been online ordering of goods with excellent delivery times.

For about a week now the website works as far as payment then the link is broken. It is not good enough for IT repairs to take more than a couple of days and it ismassive inconveniece to its online customers to the point where other online suppliers are found and Superdrug loses trade.

I now find there is a New Superdrug website.....great.....but low and behold it has the same payment problems.

Hope you improve soon to your old ways of being an excellent service.
