A friend wants me to put a review on a product that was bought from this shop called OWELL BODYCARE PTE LTD. It was AFTER paying the product purchased, was told there was NO warranty on the product and also there was NO product servicing if anything happens to the product. After testing it at home, found out not going to be functional. Return and demanded a refund. Fat chance. The company's itself, OWELL BODYCARE PTE LTD, its marketing staff and its boss(yes we know who you are), simply ignores any complaint made to them. AVOID and do not waste your money buying a product they sell which does not come in cheap and does not guarantee its goodness for long term usage and moreover some products does not have warranty like in the case of the product my friend bought.
