I looked online and came across Local Mobility UK and they had a huge range of different ideas/ gifts that I could choose from. Would highly recommened to anyone looking for that 'different' type of presents. Its fair to say, my grandad loves his book magnifier, makes it alot easier for him!!!!

Went to local mobility to look for a walker and scooter for my Mum who is reluctant to accept her declining mobi lity. The staff were sensitive, knowledgeable and very importantly not pushy. We came away with just whatwe wanted at great prices - cheaper than the web and other competitors and confident we will great after sales service if we need it. Thank You

We recently visited Local mobility after seeing an advertisement in the reporter, on arrival a kind young man helped us to find the best scooter for my mum. We needed a scooter that we could break up and keep in the car. My mum was nervous about buying a mobility scooter as she had never had one before but she was able to test drive it too. We spent about 45 minutes in the shop and gathered all the information we could need.

We decided to return to the shop the next day to buy the scooter and a scooter bag, my mum couldn't be happier. I would really recommend local mobility as they had great knowledge on all the scooters and was very helpful and patient with my mum. I cannot thank you enough

I purchased some wipes online just before Christmas for my Mam who is terminally ill and I'm caring for at home.I can't get out to the shops and this was a convenient way to shop.My purchase still hadn't arrived by January so I rang and was told that due to the Xmas holidays delivery may be delayed.Still no sign one week later so rang again to be told they were waiting for the stock to come in.I asked for a refund at this point.Its now 13 January and still my money hasn't been refunded.I don't have a great income as a carer and had to fork out yet again for the wipes I needed.

This is inconvenient.I will not use or recommend this company again.It's a loss for them really as I would have used them to buy all my equipment and things I needed for my Mam.

My advice to them would be...consider your customers and their situations.

DISGRACEFUL,DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.Now I have to ring for a 4th time to see where my refund is.This should NOT happen.

I purchased a number of items for my 86 year old aunty, of which two items I wanted to return. Their returns policy is very misleading and on trying to return these items was informed that you only have 7 days to return an item. Please read returns policy carefully. I will not be shopping with them again.

finally a businees what understands my problem and helps me at a affordable price ,w ould recommend to anyonelooking for help with any problem including incontinence and simular problems the staff are friendly and understanding , finally someone who cares

My daughter has recently broke her arm , I bought two cast covers from Localmobility , a adults and large childs as i didn't know her measurements the girl on the phone was very helpful and explained how i could order both and return the one with the wrong size which was very convient, I would recommend Localmobility anytime as the customer service is excellent and very helpful.

The staff at Folding Mobility were ver friendly and helpful , they cam out and did a demonstartion at my home which was a big help. There was no pressure to buy and they very happy to answer any of my questions. So happy i bought from them and im very pleased with my folding luggie.

Bought my mobility scooter from Local Mobility in Leigh, they had a ridiculous amount of scooters to choose from but their staff made it easy and relaxed to choose! I was worried as i am used to being pushed towards the one that was never quite right for me but they listened and helped me choose well, they even let me try out five different scooters! The price was competitive and i liked the service on offer. all in all i would highly recommend Local Mobility, I am just annoyed i didnt go there first!
