Old Mill Lane McD's... where are your manners... where is the customer services? I came into the drive through to order my food. I was greeted by not one but two members of staff that were rude. They had no manners at all, no 'good morning' nothing. All I got was 'yeah what do you want'? Really bad. 

I went to collect my food at the next window and was greeted with a man who was unshaved. His hands and fingers were filthy. His uniform was dirty, it looked as if he'd taken it from the skip. Our food was thrown into a bag and given to us. No 'thank you' no smile and no greeting. Where are the staffs morals? We got him and the food order was wrong and cold. We only live a 5 minute drive away  McD's. 

You need to shape things up. Customers service and hygiene is key. Seriously needs looking at.
