Last October I went to KFC at Roundswell, Barnstaple, North Devon, and ordered chips and a pulled chicken burger. All the food was cold. Within twenty minutes of driving home I had food poisoning.

This year several months later I tried again. This time I had chips (stone cold) and a veggie burger.

The chips are always cold, and you never provide vinegar!! I mean CHIPS GO with VINEGAR right? Why not stock it then? Weird or what? The chips are also always cremated, and are not actually very nice.

I definately wont be bothering to attend KFC again, unless you send me a free food voucher. and I can assess the food quality again.

Complain to the manager, if that doesn't work then contact head office, we did this with our local KFC a while ago due to food being cold. We were gifted vouchers for our next meal x
