Called in on Sunday 17/03/13 @ 1540, had to wait ten minutes for a table when clearly the restaurant was half empty. Table was right next to an open door and a very cold draught, staff member introduced herself and took our order, not once did she speak to us during the whole meal. It became very obvious that the staff just attended any table when told too by a lady in charge, there body language spoke volumes, staff did not appear to be happy at all. At one point the lady in charge began pointing and shouting to the staff to tell them what to do next- half way across the restaurant. I dine out every weekend and I can clearly say in seven years this has to be the worst restaurant I have been in. As for rating the food you can't go wrong grilling a piece of steak and chicken- apart from the fact it was not very warm. Avoid unless you run out of petrol and you you can't eat your arm!!
