Today I over heard whilst sitting in the waiting area one of the team member at alpha the (Wembley branch). The tall bold man who rides the BMW bike. Didn't catch his name. Although I did mention it to the manager there. Well basically he was instructing a group of four Asian men, one of the Asian men must of said something to the other in their language. In which the team member at alpha replied don't speak in your foreign language here. Also the tone in which he was speaking to them wasn't of a nice one, almost belittling I would say. He didn't Cary a smile on his face and was very unwelcoming. Hopefully this issue can be addressed with him so him mannerism can change in the future. Besides without these people he wouldn't have a job.
