Did my CBT training on an Saturday morning. Very early start and the weather was pretty terrible, but the instructor was friendly and professional and definitely made the experience more tolerable.
A few pointers, it was incredibly cold!! Do bring your own warm clothes and gear if you have any, there are no boots/waterproofs available and riding in the rain and snow with my little leather shoes was far from comfortable.
Try to source a helmet and gloves if you can, they have plenty available to borrow, but my helmet was rather smelly so not the most pleasant experience.
Overally though I was very pleased with the instructors and I would definitely recommend them to my family or friends.
