DAS PASSED WITH 0 MINORS IN MODULE 1 & 2 - GO TO ILLFORD

I originally booked myself onto a 3 day DAS course with 1stopinstruction.com.
In the confirmation email it stated the date and time, as well as that I had to be there on time to take part on the course.
Unfortunately, I got the dates mixed up and missed my first day, during which the instructor Kevin (Illford branch) kept calling me.
Once he got hold of me (several hours after the official start time), he politely informed me that the trainer had left and I would not be able to join the course.
However, Kevin suggested that if I was comfortable with trying to squeeze the 3 day course into 2 days, I could come in for day 2 earlier (7am start rather than 9am) and he would try to get me up to speed, as day 2 also includes the Module 1 test.

I was not charged any extra fees or given any penalties!

I only had 125cc experience prior to the course, but Kevin spent much time and effort in getting me up to speed with the correct procedures and everything else the examiner would be looking for.

The result speaks for itself... I passed both Module 1 and Module 2 without any minors and would say it was largely due to Kevin repeatedly pointing me into the right direction during the training.

I have read all of the other reviews on here, and would be surprised if any negative feedback was related to the Illford branch. Reason for thinking this way is that even though I missed my first day (my own fault) they were kind enough to let me join on day 2 and put in the extra hours on their end, even though the small print stated that they did not have to.

Overall I would highly recommend their training and especially my trainer Kevin.
