I ordered porcelain tiles in March. An absolute catalogue of errors meant that I didn’t receive all my tiles until mid August.  I had to constantly chase to get any information. The products look good, but I would never buy from this company again or recommend them to anyone else.

We've just had prima tiles put in in our upstairs bathroom and they're everything we wanted. They have a nice modern look that's very cool (we went for one of the darker options); if you're thinking of redoing your bathroom then Prima are the people to call for the floor. They were very helpful and seemed to know their stuff!
