I ordered 3 mats from this company. My money was taken from my account. I had no contact from them to confirm that the order had been dispatched. I emailed them a few days later and was then told that one of the mats was no longer in stock. Unbelievable that they could take your money without checking that the product was in stock. Even more unbelievable that they wait for the customer to query where the order was before informing me of the status of this order. I was then told I could get a refund on the the mat that was out of stock. Eventually got my refund yesterday and my other mats arrived today. Will definitely not shop with this company again. There are other more reliable carpet companies online. Mats look ok . I do not recommend using this company.

I ordered 3 small stairs treads from floormats.co.uk. The quality was ok but I found them unusable as the depth of the treads was too small and it made the walking feel unsafe (as you step on the tread's edge). I wanted to return the product and that's when I figured out that the return address is to Germany and it would cost me at least 9 GBP to do that! As I paid 19 GBP initially, a return cost of almost 50% is not acceptable. When I told that to the customer service person I did not receive any replies anymore. So, while initially I was happy to find this website and all went well with the order, be aware if you think you buy to try!
