straight forward very simple and reasonable price couldent find any cheaper seems there are no comparison sites for holiday home insurance that dont involve leaving all your deatailes and some one phone you back would be better if more like car insurance sites ie put in what you have and want gives you a quote on line as we already get too many pestering phone calls for various services

This process was so easy I don't feel like I have done it yet. I would recommend this company to any one seeking to insure a caravan, it was effortless the first time and renewal was even easier. There was nothing I disliked about the process and the member of staff I talked to was very nice and helpful.

we have been with Leisuredays insurance now for 4 years, each time we are dew to renew we get reminded with plenty of time to study the details, when we do renew the staff are so pleasant, courteous and helpful, the policies themselves are geared to our needs for hiring out static caravans to holiday makers, we post a copy for our customers to see which reassures them for their safety. the only thing to say bad about this is we cannot get them to insure our other caravans on a particular site, this is not their fault, the site will not let them. thank you Leisuredays for your help we are sure this will continue for as long as we have caravans.

I rang today to renew my policy and was dealt with in a very pleasant and helpful fashion and it was all done in minutes. This company is recommended by the caravan park where our static is sited. Thank You for such excellent service.

I have used this company for a few years now, and am still pleasantly suprised at how easy they make renewing, with a personal touch. A phone call that lasts a couple of minutes so details from the previous year are confirmed or updated, and confirmation at the end that it's all in place to renew,

Great service got the email but after trying to download policy it only opens in Word pad and is not readable as in Hundreds of numbers and letters .

Application for insurance was easy and staff explained terms and conditions to my satisfaction. Whilst the cost was not the cheapest quoted it was competitive and gave me most confidence that your policy met my requirements. Annual renewal was quick and easy. Policy changes were clearly stated .

Whilst Leisuredays was not the cheapest quote I obtained, it was the most comprehensive cover at the best price. Very friendly customer service staff. Not pushy at all - unlike some places! Would definitely recommend.
