Bought a motor home costing £58,000 in only May, The motor home has been back for the second time, I have done nothing but chase the after sales service department who I might add are always under staffed for a large company.My motor home is still back there two weeks later We have called and asked for an update and still not one phone call back from them, I have now put in an official complaint. I have wasted 7 hours without pay driving back and forth and explaining myself of the problems. I am now looking into legal advise as The motor home is still under 1 years warranty.If you want any source of after sales service DO NOT USE WANDER HOME AT BROUGH
I would of wanted to know that more than one person who deals with after sales would be available to deal with any issues, she is the one who deals with issues poorly as does Wander home. Please follow this review as I have evidence to support my experience
