Customer service experience is laughable

I visited Knowepark at the weekend (Saturday)to purchase a caravan. I had been looking a a few used vans prior to thinking about purchasing a new van.
When asking for the peg numbers, had been informed that the sales staff were busy at that time. I waited in the reception area for someone to become available. One of the sales team came in and when asked by the lady at reception if he was free, he waved keys at her and proceded to enter through the back. when he came back out he did not acknowledge us or say that he would attend to us when he was finished. While sitting for 15 minutes a family came down from the shop/cafe and proceded to leave. within 5/10 minutes they arrived back into the showroom with the guy who had been busy. He asked them how he could help and proceded to ignore us and showed them over to his desk. As I approached the desk to complain the receptionist tried to appologise and was interupted by a sales woman who had been in the process of dealing with a couple interested in purchasing a motorhome, as she shouted out that she would be free in a few minutes. Surley she should have completed the business with the couple before shouting out to other customers. Unfortunately for Knowepark I purchased my Bailey Pegasus GT65 Rimini from another company on Sunday. I would not be reccommending Knowepark to any of my Caravanner friends.
