new van purchase

Absolutely useless! Went here in November 2015 to view the coachman sales person told me to call the factory my self about upgrades and awning size and querys this should have been the salesman posistion and not mine. We returnd on several ocations to get the fully auto sat, awning also exterior aditional light and on every ocaition the sales person really dint show any intrest and just past us on to someone else and left every time no further forward and the days were getting closer to picking up the van so i organised the sat and awning my self with indipendant companys so this left the extra light i wanted fitted to be done by them they didn't even do that till last thing and left me running around last minuite looking for a light so it wasn't fitted went to pick up the van in march i was late by around 2 hours because i broke down and they would not let me pick the van up this was a new coachman laser 650/4 this was the only day i had to pick this up for the next couple of months and needed to take it to get the sat system fitted the same week they didn't care when i took the deposit back and told them to keep the van and walked out.
