Part exchanged our van and was told a price which I wasn't sure was fair but was told it's the book price, money then knocked off just in case of damp, then sold for double what they gave us so not very honest people, believe me there was no damp showing on the test we had done. Was told there is always damp!! Which is Wrong. Asked for things to be done on the van we were having and when we checked they had not been done properly (bodged) and it hadn't even been valeted which we were told it would be. Overall just not a pleasant experience. I know that we will not be going back a second time.
