Outstanding customer service experience at Emm Bee, so much better than other dealers we have visited!

Emm Bee seems a really happy "family" when we visit. So much smiling and cheerfulness. Nothing has been too much trouble. We identified a few issues with our new motorhome after our first trip and these were sorted very quickly. It seems as if everyone really cares that the customer feels well looked after and we have already been made to feel part of the extended family of happy motorhomes.

In particular the handover of our new van was very thorough and our sales person was extremely patient and kind with our long list of questions!

I look forward to a long and happy relationship with the team over the coming years.
