“Pathetic dishonest irresponsible”

After driving 80 miles to Scunthorpe for a text drive we booked well in advance and confirmed on the day, we were presented a filthy car smelling of dogs and full of dog fur.

The metal work was damaged and when we pointed out this, and the sawn off damaged boot cover to the salesman, he asked the manager who disappeared to " come up with an answer" made us,wait ages and then never did.

Total waste of 5 hours, we are both busy professionals and wasted half a day off work, because of the casual and callous attitude of the online sales staff.
