Solus have put the estimated completion date of my car back 4 times, and presently blame the delay on 1) My Car being complex and they are not sure how it fits back together 2) being unable to get the electrical system working as it is re-built 3) being unable to source the correct parts (My car is a mercedes so I'd have thought it pretty straightforward to ring up mercedes!!).

The firm does not return phone calls, it does not keep me informed, and no-one seems prepared to take any responsibility for sorting things out.
