Solus was in regular communication, so there was no doubt or misunderstanding as to when my car was going to be picked up (and the courtesy car dropped off), what was happening to it, and when it was going to arrive back, repaired. The courtesy car was better than expected (although the electronic handbrake was a pain) and my car is as right as rain. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
