I am very happy with the workmenship.
The work quality is second to none.
The customer service team were more than helpful and kept me informed all the way.

On the down side considering low complexity of the job itself,the job took much longer than I was assured at first. The car had a crack in the headlight and a dent in the bumper.Both parts plus a crash bar were replaced. I have a mechanical background so I know a thing or two about repairing cars. The completion date was put off on several occasions. Wrong parts were ordered and a bolt was broken while reassembling the car. All these contributed to the delay and the job which was supposed to take several days, took several weeks. Having said that as a mitigating factor Xmas and New Year got in the way too.

Overall I am happy and I would recommend Solus accident repair centre.
