I had some repairs to the side of my car after a minor bump. It did take a little longer to get a booking than expected, but woth covid that's to be expected. The car was collected by polite guy from Solus, they avoided my school run and kept me updated. The actual repair I did have to chase for an update even though I had requested to be kept informed of timing and return date. So could do a little better in the communicating with customer part but other than that the repair was spot on.
