I had a bump in my car. Within hours the car had been picked up from my home address; a courtesy car delivered; an initial evaluation of the damage done. Throughout the process they were in touch to discuss options and likely timelines. The staff that I had contact with were all, without exception, friendly and helpful. The repair seems to have been done well but we’ll give it a couple of weeks to make sure that everything is as it should be.

To be honest with you, this is what customer service should be like! I spent 10 years working in Japan where this type of service is the norm. Frankly, returning to the UK was a bit of a shock in terms of customer service. So if you want to experience Japanese level customer service but can’t afford the plane ticket, try this garage.

This experience has been great and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
