“No updates during repair”

No updates were provided when delays were experienced. Conflicting reasons were then given by Solus and the insurance company. Solus - waiting for parts, insurance company - on site kit was broken and Solus we’re unable to complete repairs.
Overall took longer than hoped (almost a week).
On certain days when phoning for an update, was on hold for over an hour, then decided to hang up.
Final repair job though, was very good, shame the service side didn’t match the finish on the car and the skilled Workmanship that would have gone into it.
