I had a terrible experience, I require all communication transcripts from your garage Solus. The car was not repaired to booking commitment. My car was driven without MOT and returned with check engine light on. NO diagnostic report was given and the parking sensors were changed when they were not faulty and billed in excess.

Good morning

Thank you for submitting a review, I am sorry to read about your experience. Please can you provide me with the first part of your registration so that we can review your experience. If any diagnostics were required we wouldn't normally pass over the report and I will review the changing of your parking sensors and being driven with no MOT. The excess is payable as per the insurance terms not what work is carried out.

We'll fully review once we know which your vehicle is
