the car was picked up at my house and taken away to be fixed. it took less than a week. I wasn't too happy with the first person I spoke to on the phone , he asked me to send photos which I did, and he asked me to describe the damage. I told him about the panels on the front of the car which I thought had been dislodged a bit with the accident, he wasn't prepared to accept this.
all communication when the car was taken away was done by a dashboard on the computer. this told me the car was only fifty five percent done when they phoned me and told me it was ready. and good enough they brought the car to my place of work. the repair was very good. cant fault it.
