We were kept well informed of the progress being made on the repair with weekly calls starting the day after they received the vehicle and when we phoned them with specific questions they got back to us in a timely manner. The repair took a month to complete but during lockdown we thought this was a reasonable time. The repair appears to our untrained eye to be well done and the colour match is good. We were a bit worried they were quite a distace from us but the car was delivered to us after repair on the back of a transporter without issue. All in all very happy.
