At first I was impressed with the handling of my case through Aviva and the prompt collection and repair of the car by Solus. The car however was returned with a separate damage, a front windscreen crack, which wasn't present when the car was collected. Solus did not want to deal with this issue and i am still waiting for a reply from aviva who have been equally as slow at responding. I hope I will not be charged for a repair that was not caused by myself.
