The finished product was a joke - not once, but twice! Solus Finchley has managed to leave me scratching my head at how they became an approved body shop through my insurance. I receive my vehicle the first time after the bumper was repaired and wow-oh-wow the effort in colour matching to the rest of the body was non-existent. Seriously I could not believe the cheek when I saw how much the repair cost was for such a subpar job. A company who advertises such pride in their services - do not be a fool in choosing this place! I then contacted the centre who booked in another repair the following week and the whole thing just turned into a massive inconvenience! These situations you expect it to be fixed, quality checked and returned and that's it, and you're angry and annoyed and there is nothing you can do. Their customer service offers to return my vehicle with a tank of fuel. Ok I appreciate the gesture, but little do I know it is all a bunch of stories. I guess they just say it as some part of a script or something. Up until this point I chose not to leave a review as I gave them a chance to redeem themselves. I am a fair guy and understand mistakes happen. Here comes the return of the second repair; has it just sat in your body shop? Because it looks exactly the same! But wait! Where the hell did this new damage come from? Multiple pin-dents across the bumper! That is seriously not on. Also with the driver agreeing with the damage, guess what? Another repair scheduled - repair? Sorry I meant assessment as they believe I am telling lies after their driver confirmed it along with pictures. The cheek! And the cherry on top, of course no fuel. Great Solus Finchley. Highly recommend to those who love headaches, wasting time and money. (thumbs up). I guess 3rd time lucky?
