My X1BMW went in for a repair following a bump. It has all black trims and had a black radiator grill. It was returned to me with a pale grey radiator grill which looked cheap and didn't match. I didn't accept the car although it was suggested I take it and Solus ' would be in touch' when the matching grill was in! The delivery morning was disruptive to my work schedule and I specifically asked to be contacted by text as phone reception in my work area is poor.
I've had no update since and Solus have had it now since 6/8/18.
Overall poor quality, poor communication and poor customer service. No personal service.

Please can you confirm the first part of your registration number and which site carried out the repairs so I can look into this further?
